How to ship your memory card:

Mailing your memory card is a fast and affordable way of receiving any of the roster files. Many people choose to obtain the rosters this way and I receive the memory cards, copy the roster files onto the memory cards, and deliver them to the post office the same day. All I ask of you to ensure a fast and safe delivery is to follow the Mail Order instructions very carefully!

Mailing your memory card

Step 1

Buy one padded envelopes (approximately 70 cents each) that will hold your memory card.

Step 2

On the outside of the envelope, write your address in the upper left hand corner, my address in the center, and a 63 cent stamp (minimum) in the upper right hand corner.

(My address is on the Order Form)

Step 3

Place your memory card and 5 dollars, cash, check or money order inside the padded envelope.

(If you are using Paypal please specify on the order form)

Step 4

Fill out the information on the Order Form or write your own and include it with the memory card.

Finally, please check Step 1 through Step 4 again to ensure that you followed all of the directions.

Warning: Do not send your memory card in a regular (letter) envelope with a 39 cent stamp! Due to the memory cards thickness, the sorting machine will tear open a standard (letter) envelope and I have already purchased three memory cards due to this occurrence out of my own generosity, as I received envelopes that had been sliced open. Other than those three memory cards that I replaced due to the sorting machines, I have never lost a memory card or returned one damaged. I handle every memory card with great care and I take delivering memory cards very seriously!

I want to note that I am not responsible for any lost or damaged memory cards in the mail and I suggest adding insurance to your package so that you have leverage if the postal service damages or loses your memory card.

Once again, and I cannot stress this enough, do not send your memory card in a letter envelope!!! That is like building a boat out of toilet paper and expecting it to make it across the Atlantic/Pacific, etc. It may save you money in theory, but it will not make it to its destination. Read the 3 little pigs if you have to. A standard letter envelope = the stick house that will be blown down. Read Goldie Locks and the 3 bears. A standard letter envelope = the bed that was too small. How many ways can I say Do Not Use a Regular Letter Envelope! Expect it lost if you do. A padded envelope has never been lost and saves everyone money, time, and hassle. Buy a padded envelope. They are available at Target, Wal-Mart, your local Post Office, and most likely your local supermarket. If you are not old enough to drive and are looking around the house for a make-shift padded envelope, don't! You need a padded envelope, not a couple of index cards taped together! There is a reason why you will never see Amazon.com/Buy.com/etc send you a product in a taped up envelope made out of light paper. No one wants your memory card to go missing, so save everyone the disappointment and invest in a padded envelope. Those USPS stuffed envelopes work too that have that insulation stuffing.
